Product introduction:
HP-EP-TC4200 explosion-proof temperature measurement thermal imaging fixed-point camera is based on the latest sixth-generation uncooled infrared technology and high-definition visible light imaging technology, and is specially designed and developed for remote monitoring in the explosion-proof field. Infrared thermal imaging adopts ultra-fine resolution uncooled focal plane imaging detector with high sensitivity 384×288 resolution, and miniaturized infrared lens designed by AS optical technology, advanced digital circuit and image processing algorithm can provide delicate and smooth images. The overall casing is made of 304/316L stainless steel, and the explosion-proof mark is Ex dⅡC T6 Gb /Ex tD A21 IP68 T80℃, which ensures the long-term operation of the equipment in the explosion-proof places of gas explosion-proof zone I, zone II and dust explosion-proof zone A21-A22.
The camera has a variety of built-in intelligent analysis algorithms, which can realize intelligent functions such as area intrusion detection, out-of-bounds detection, entry/exit area detection, wandering detection, motion detection, target detection, etc., and realize automatic unattended operation.
The camera has a built-in intelligent temperature measurement algorithm, which can measure the temperature of the target from -20°C to 550°C. With the dedicated KV1000 platform software, it can realize low temperature warning, high temperature warning, mean value warning, temperature mutation warning and other temperature abnormality warnings. Statistics and analysis of temperature can be performed, and temperature curves and reports can be viewed and downloaded. It is suitable for temperature measurement, fire-proof automatic remote explosion-proof monitoring and early warning in coal plants, large-scale granaries, chemical parks, etc.
