According to Xinhua News Agency, the first high-speed railway in Inner Mongolia connected to the nationally planned "eight horizontal and eight vertical" high-speed railway network - Xintong High-speed Railway (Xinmin North-Tongliao High-speed Railway) will be officially opened for operation at the end of December 2018.

The Xintong high-speed railway started construction in June 2016, with a construction mileage of 197 kilometers. It is a double-track electrified ballast track with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. The line has 6 stations, which lead from Xinmin North Station of Beijing-Shenzhen High-speed Railway, pass Zhangwu, Zhanggutai, Ganqika, Mulitu, and arrive at Tongliao Station. Since the joint commissioning and testing of Xintong High-speed Railway in August 2018, through dynamic testing of tracks, roadbeds, bridges, tunnels, communications, etc., the functions of each system and the overall system have been verified and optimized.

After the opening of the Xintong high-speed railway, it will become the most convenient express passenger passage from eastern Inner Mongolia to Shenyang and Beijing. The running time from Tongliao to Shenyang will be shortened from about 5 hours in the past to about 1.5 hours. The running time from Tongliao to Beijing will be shortened from about 14 hours in the past to about 3.5 hours.

The Xintong high-speed railway is connected with the Beijing-Shenzhen high-speed railway, making Inner Mongolia connected to the Northeast region and even the national high-speed railway network for the first time. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will play an important role.

In 2018, Hope-Wish has made unremitting efforts to overcome many difficulties, so that more than 130 sets of laser cameras and infrared thermal imaging cameras of Hepu have been successfully applied along the Xintong high-speed railway. Along with the first high-speed railway connecting to Inner Mongolia, despite the severe cold, it has gone through layers of inspections and environmental tests, but has always stood firm and guarded the railway line.

The railway-specific non-red exposure laser camera independently developed and produced by Beijing Hepu adopts unique laser super-homogenization technology to meet the needs of 24-hour high-definition real-time monitoring within 500-1500 meters of railway lines, tunnels and bridges. The infrared thermal imaging camera is developed based on the latest fifth-generation uncooled infrared technology and continuous zoom infrared optical technology. The two have different divisions of labor, but they have something in common. The overall shell is made of super strong aluminum alloy to achieve IP66 protection level, and the working temperature reaches -40℃-+55℃. long-term operation in the environment.

The special non-red-exposure laser camera for Hope-Wish Railway has always been standing along the railway line, guarding it day and night. Using advanced technology and excellent quality to help China's high-speed rail write a new chapter.
